Exercises to Get Rid of Cellulite

Remember to always stretch and dynamically warm up before performing exercises to get rid of cellulite. Dynamic warm ups could be anything from walking to jumping jacks.
You should perform this routine at least 3 times per week for optimal results. Start off with 1 set of 8-12 repetitions in the first week then gradually increase the number of sets in the following weeks. The exercises to get rid of cellulite are as follows:
Side lunges: This exercise works your thighs, butt, hamstrings, and hips. This is one of the best exercises to get rid of cellulite.

You can perform this exercise with or without dumbbells, whichever you prefer. Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Step at about a 45 degree angle with one leg and lunge. Make sure to keep your back straight. Now step back to your starting position and do the same thing with the other leg. This is one repetition. To add difficultly you can also pull the dumbbells straight up to your chest (called a row) with each lunge.
Side Leg Lift and Squat: This exercise to get rid of cellulite targets the butt, quads, hamstrings, and your hips.

You can perform this exercise with or without ankle weights and dumbbells. If using dumbbells let them dangle at your side. First stand with your feet barely wider than shoulder width and point your toes at a 45 degree angle. Now sit backwards like there is a chair behind you. Do not let your knees cross your toes and stop up once your things are parallel to the ground. Hold for 2 seconds then stand up. Once back to your starting position lift one leg to the side as far as it can go while maintaining your balance. Do another squat then perform the side leg lift with the other leg. This entire process is 1 repetition.

Start standing with feet shoulder width apart with arms dangling t your side. Bend at the knees until all fingers are touching the ground. Now kick out your legs to move to the pushup position. Now bring your legs back in so you are squatting. Finally, stand up. You may jump when standing back up if desired. This is one repetition.
Lying Inner Thigh Lift: This exercise to get rid of cellulite works the inner thighs.

You can use ankle weights if you want more resistance. Lay on your left side. Prop your head up with your left arm. Rest your right leg on the ground in front of your left leg. Keep your left leg extended. Slowly raise your left leg up as high as possible, hold for one second, and then slowly lower your leg back to the ground. Be sure not to sway your leg back and forth when performing this exercise. Complete one set of repetitions than repeat the exercise laying on your right side.
There is more to losing cellulite than to just perform exercises to lose cellulite. You must also perform some sort of aerobic activity (Walking, Running, Yoga, etc). Finally, you need a healthy diet!
